Our approach
We don’t split data from storytelling.
-
Search
Search shows us what people are already trying to figure out.
What are people actively looking for?
-
Research
Research tells us what sits behind the question.
What is happening around that question?
-
Expertise
Your expertise gives us something worth saying.
What does your team actually know that matters?
-
Creative
Creative turns it into something people might actually watch.
How do we turn that into something clear and watchable?
-
Performance
Performance tells us what deserves more attention next.
What should we keep, change or push further next?
03 / The ecosystem matters
Your marketing is an ecosystem, not a collection of channels.
People do not experience your SEO, website, social video and reporting separately. They experience one journey through your business.
Every part should make the next part easier to understand.
to next move. Each signal informs what comes next.
Search
Find the questions and language already in use.
Strategy
Decide what is worth explaining and why.
Social video
Turn the idea into something useful enough to stop for.
Website
Give people somewhere clear to go deeper.
Performance
Notice what people watch, click, ask and choose.
Next move
Use what you learned to choose the next priority.
Search → strategy → story → action → learning → another, better question
Search ↔ social / Shared learning
SEO and social should be allowed to learn from each other.
Each channel leaves clues. The useful work is noticing them before they disappear.
Search tells us what keeps coming up.
Recurring questions and search patterns show us what may deserve a closer look.
Social tells us what people react to.
Comments, saves and follow-up questions reveal what still needs explaining.
A search trend
People keep looking for the same answer.
A clearer brief
The question becomes a useful story or page.
A better next move
Response tells us what to explain next.
What search can teach the social team
Search can show what people are actively trying to understand. A rise in searches around cat dental care, for example, might become a veterinarian-led video, a clearer service page or both.
What social can teach the search team
Comments and follow-up questions show what confused people, what caught their attention and what the website still does not answer. That can become an FAQ, an SEO content brief or a better explanation inside an existing page.
Search leaves clues for social. Social leaves clues for search. The work is noticing the connection.
How we work
01. We stay small on purpose.
We work with no more than five or six ongoing clients at a time. That gives us room to learn your business and carry that understanding from one conversation to the next.
We want to remember which service has capacity, which product needs a clearer explanation and what your customers keep asking. We also want to understand why last month’s content performed differently, and what your team is working towards.
That context builds over time. It helps us make better decisions about what to film, write and prioritise, with less of your time spent explaining things again.
A smaller client list means we can stay involved in those details as your business changes.
How we handle competitor overlap
Before taking on a new client, we look at the overlap with businesses we already support: where they operate, what they offer and who they serve.
If the work could create a direct conflict, we discuss it before agreeing to proceed. What we learn about your customers, priorities and plans stays confidential.
Pet health is not ordinary lifestyle marketing.
There is expertise sitting underneath the work. We think the marketing gets better when everybody is clear about whose expertise belongs where.
